Fill out the intake form — photos, a short video if it moves or makes noise, and answers to a few questions about your house.

STEP 02

We diagnose it

Within 24 hours you get a written diagnosis: the most likely cause, how we ruled out the look-alikes, and a confidence call.

If photos can't settle it We say so, tell you what additional photo or simple test would settle it, and your one included follow-up covers it. Genuinely undiagnosable remotely? We refund.
STEP 03

You act with a plan

DIY steps with a parts list and fair-cost range — or, if it's a call-a-pro situation, exactly what to say so you don't get oversold.

Either way, you win We get paid for the correct answer, whichever it is. "Don't touch this one, and here's who to call" is a complete diagnosis too.
Safety first
Some problems skip the queue. Anything involving a gas smell, sparking or breaker-panel internals, sewage backup, or structural movement gets an immediate "stop — call a licensed pro now" response with exactly who to call, refunded or answered at no charge. That protects you, and it's the standard we run on.
